----------------------------- We are writing to inform you of a maintenance window scheduled for March 19, 2025, from 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time. The purpose of this maintenance window is to perform a migration of our servers from ORD2 to ORD3 as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the reliability and performance of our services. Please note that during this time, services will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend that you backup any critical data and ensure your configurations are up to date before the maintenance begins.
What is Happening?
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the reliability, performance, and security of our services, we will be migrating our servers from ORD2 to ORD3. This migration will affect VPS and dedicated servers hosted in our ORD2 data center, which will be moved to our new and more advanced ORD3 infrastructure. This process will improve overall system performance, enhance service availability, and enable the implementation of better security measures, ensuring long-term stability for your services. Please note that during this time, VPS and dedicated servers will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend that you backup any critical data and ensure your configurations are up to date before the migration begins.
