We are writing to inform you of a maintenance window scheduled for Monday, August 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST to install new storage components and prepare for the upcoming migration of Heficed Virtual Machines (VMs) to Hivelocity’s upgraded infrastructure.
What is Happening? In the coming months, all Heficed Virtual Machines (VMs) will be transitioned to our Hivelocity infrastructure. This migration will bring improved performance, reliability, and scalability to your services. As part of this preparation, our team will perform scheduled hardware maintenance on August 4, including the installation of additional storage components and preliminary system checks to ensure everything is ready for the migration process. Maintenance Details: ----------------------------- Date: Monday, August 4, 2025 Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST Duration: Approximately 5 hours Impact on Services: No downtime is expected. We are communicating this maintenance proactively in case of any unforeseen impact during the work.
Action Required from You: No actions need to be taken. We always recommend having backups of your systems.
