What is Happening?
Your London based VM(s) will be migrated from the Heficed platform to Hivelocity’s infrastructure.
Maintenance Details:
Location: London Datacenter Center
Date: January 20 2026
Time: 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM GMT Local time
Duration: Approximately 1 to 2 hours per VM
Impact on Services:
Most migrations will complete seamlessly. In some cases a brief service interruption of a few minutes may occur while the migration is finalized.

Clients who do not have a payment method on file will need to add a credit card during the migration process.
